Customer Support Specialist
Job Requirements
Receiving inbound phone calls; 50 on a day to day basis
You will be working closely with high profile customers through mutual funds, assisting with account set ups, changing information on account, security transactions, etc.
You will be assisting mutual fund shareholders, broker, dealers and fund companies with any inquiries from time to time
Investigate/correct errors in customer accounts/statements
Professional phone skills; phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing
Help resolve complicated customer complaints in a professional manner
Looking for an individual to maintain quality communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Considering candidates who have good attendance record and strong work ethic
Ability to use a computer/input data
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Call center associate with heavy phone volume calls – PLUS
Able to provide hardy copy of High School Diploma /GED required. (Associate degree in a business related filed preferred).
