Customer Support Specialist

Job Requirements

  • Receiving inbound phone calls; 50 on a day to day basis

  • You will be working closely with high profile customers through mutual funds, assisting with account set ups, changing information on account, security transactions, etc.

  • You will be assisting mutual fund shareholders, broker, dealers and fund companies with any inquiries from time to time

  • Investigate/correct errors in customer accounts/statements

  • Professional phone skills; phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing

  • Help resolve complicated customer complaints in a professional manner

  • Looking for an individual to maintain quality communication to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Considering candidates who have good attendance record and strong work ethic

  • Ability to use a computer/input data

 

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

  • Call center associate with heavy phone volume calls – PLUS

  • Able to provide hardy copy of High School Diploma /GED required. (Associate degree in a business related filed preferred).
