Civilian Jail Sergeant

Responsible for maintaining order and directing daily operations of the County Jail: supervise, coordinate and direct the work of jail staff in the custody, security, and transportation of inmates during assigned shift. Work involves providing supervision, training in new methods and procedures, coaching and mentoring, enforcing policies, rules, and regulations, and evaluating work performance.
